What areas do you cover? How far do you travel?
We cover Charmouth and the surrounding areas. For larger jobs, we are willing to travel further afield, please see our AREA MAP for more details. If you’ are located outside our marked areas and have a sizeable project that we may be able to assist with, please call us for more details.
Do you move furniture?
This really depends on the job. Due to health and safety we are not able to move very large items, but we can relocate a few lightweight pieces to clear the way during cleaning if needed.
Are your cleaning chemicals child and pet safe?
Our cleaning product selection features a wide variety of safe, naturally derived solutions. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with us.
Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
We are flexible and are available for evening and weekend appointments. However, please note after 6pm or weekends cleans may cost a little more, but we will always confirm the price with yourself before starting any work.
Do you offer out of hours emergency call outs?
We are committed to doing our best to assist you whenever possible. For any unexpected emergencies, please call us at 07394 962 383.
What are your payment terms?
Once the job has been completed we issue an invoice, which we do prefer to be paid immediately, but we can allow up-to a 14 day delay. We accept cash or bank transfer (BACS).
Is there anything we need to do before you arrive?
Please remove any small or fragile items from the rooms where we will be working. We can move some furniture, if feasible. Additionally, we will require access to running water (ideally hot) and electrical outlets to power our drying equipment.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
Yes please, this will help prepare your carpet for it’s professional clean. The more dry soil that is removed from the carpet the better. We do a standard vacuum before we start.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?
No, as long as you provide us with sensible access to the area or item you wish us to clean. We are happy to make special arrangements like this when you book.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
To keep the carpets in an average family home hygienically clean we recommend a cleaning every 12 months. This is to remove abrasive particles that accumulate at the base of the carpet pile, which regular vacuuming cannot reach.
Do you price match?
Cheap carpet cleaning services often disappoint. We invest heavily in training and equipment to provide top-quality service, not just the lowest price. We guarantee our quoted price and your complete satisfaction – we’ll never charge you more than agreed.
